Is this the best product for trying to neutralize the red in an existing finish to achieve a medium brown color?
Mohawk Tone Finish Toner 1468 Green
I have a table I purchased which is more red than I would like, I was looking for a medium brown color. It doesn't appear to have any kind of clear finish over it. I was hoping a green toner would neutralize the red. The wood is acacia. Mohawk also has another toner/finisher called Block-It which sounds similar. Can you please tell me which product would work the best for my project?
Thank you-

This Toner is not going to be as powerful of a color as the block-it product, that can be a good thing. If you don't want to risk over doing it and having to remove the toner (with #0000 Steel wool) then this would be a good place to start.
